INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE (I&A)

Detroit/Eastern Wayne County: If you need help finding services for seniors, talk with trained staff in DAAA’s Regional Call Center (RCC) at (313) 446-4444. RCC information and assistance specialists are certified by the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) to effectively assist older persons, and persons with disabilities ages 18 to 64, and their families to find community services they need.

The RCC also provides call assistance for the Detroit Wayne County Long-Term Care Connection. If you would like to find out more information about long term care services please call (313) 396-5598.
